The SANBEET Shop Questions

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can’t shop at SANBEET without creating an account.

Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Add items and products you love to your Wish List
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Only registered customers can collect and manage social sharing coupons in their accounts, then save money by applying coupons directly when checkout

*If a purchase requires more balance than you have in your wallet, then if checked, the wallet balance will be deducted first and the rest of the amount will need to be paid.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

If you don’t have an account with SANBEET, open this page Order Tracking and follow up the steps to track your order.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting ‘Orders’ section.

I've forgotten my password -- What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Note: Normally you can get your password recovery letter in your email inbox within 1-2 minutes. But sometimes, it may take up to 5-10 minutes to receive your password recovery email, which depends on your Internet speed. Be patient and check your spam if the password recovery letter comes a bit late.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

What payment methods does SANBEET accept?

We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

You can use your Wallet Balance to pay the order in part or in full as well. Please notice, if a purchase requires more balance than you have in your wallet, then if checked, the wallet balance will be deducted first and the rest of the amount will need to be paid.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change or edit your billing and shipping details. Please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately cancelled.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Which currency I can choose to pay in?

Click the currency switcher widget on the left sidebar and choose the currency (US dollars, Euros or British Pounds) you’d like to view products in SANBEET.

However, SANBEET only accepts you pay in British Pounds when you checkout via credit/debit cards or PayPal. If you have an Alipay account, you can pay in Chinese Yuan (RMB) based on the British Pounds price. Also, for all shipping destinations, you will be billed in British Pounds.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping for orders. But, we package each item with a delicate protecting bags and SANBEET box.

How should I take of my jewelry?

  • Store your jewelry in the original packaging to avoid prolonged exposure to air and scratches
  • Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming and/or applying products i.e. Perfume, hairspray, soap, lotion, etc.
  • We recommend customers put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
  • Avoid contact with water/ liquid
  • Jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
  • Avoid hard contact i.e. knocking against objects that can scratch the jewel.

How to clean my jewelry?

  • Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish
  • Pat the strand with a paper towel or cloth to absorb water to dry at room temperature.
  • Drying time will take at least twenty-four hours.

How often do you update the store?

Every season we will update the collection with our newest styles.  We suggest that you check the site often, so you don’t miss out on some awesome pieces.

Do you ship to PO BOXES and freight forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and forwarding addresses. Please enter a valid residence or company address for a successful delivery.

Does SANBEET ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

Is a signature required for delivery?

While we do not require a signature for our free delivery service, it’s up to the carrier’s discretion whether or not they feel the package is safe to leave at an address without someone available to sign for the order.

If you are not available at your shipping address, your order could be left with a neighbor, doorman, mail room, or front desk. If these options are not available, the carrier may attempt to deliver your order on the next business day or leave you a collection card to pick up your parcel in Post Office/Royal Mail depot.

How do your promotions apply?

If you have a coupon code in SANBEET, just enter it when checkout.

Remember, if an orange coupon from your ‘Coupon Collection’ has been applied in your cart, no other coupon codes can be used at the same time.

For our other promotional activities without a specific code, the discount amount will be applied automatically to your shopping cart when you checkout.
